Level 2 Intermediate Business & Administration Apprenticeship

Our Business and Administration Apprenticeships provide learners with skills needed to progress in a business support role. Areas covered include administration, communication, providing reception services, IT skills and specialist areas.

Level 3 Advanced Business & Administration Apprenticeship

Our Business and Administration Apprenticeship provides learners with greater technical and managerial skills, as well as supervising others and contributing to the wider strategy of your organisation or department.

Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Business & Professional Administration

The Higher Apprenticeship provides the learner with a range of strategic administrative and management skills from budget management through to promoting innovation.

Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service

The Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service provides learners with the skills needed for a customer-facing role. The course will allow learners to develop their understanding of the principles that underpin working in a customer service role including understanding customers and employers.

Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service

The Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service has been designed for learners to demonstrate a practiced set of skills when carrying out customer service operation. The qualification will develop the learners knowledge and understanding of customer retention and the principles of business.

Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Childcare

This qualification provides the skills and experience to develop your career in child care and become a qualified nursery practitioner.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship

This qualification provides an in-depth understanding of the knowledge and skills required when working directly with children or young people in primary, secondary or special schools.
