Complaints Procedure

We hope that you will never have cause to make a formal complaint about our service but recognise that issues may arise and would ask that you take the following steps:

  • Speak to your Training Co-ordinator who works with your nursery—they will always try to help and will ensure your concern is directed to the correct person.
  • If your complaint concerns the Training Co-ordinator, or is of a confidential or serious nature, please contact Katy Edwards, Managing Director on 0118 956 6995. Katy will do her best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will respond within 2 working days.
  • If you feel you wish to register your complaint formally, then please put it in writing and address it to Katy Edwards at 15 Station Rd, Reading RG1 1LG. We will investigate the issue and respond to you within 5 working days.
